Day 3 eh!
Hello Brittnee Here Eh!
And KianaT.K. Eh! Brit and Kiana TK on the Jersey shore waiting for the ferry to Liberty Island.
Well to start da day off... we had to wait in the bus for hours... eh!!!
New York is very far away from Boston eh!
Well it didn't really matter eh... because we were asleep majority of the time!
Then we ate lunch @ MickeeDees eh...
Den off to tour New York City!!!! Our favorite store was M&M World.
Our tour guide for New York city showed us around central park too...eh!
Den we took a tour by bus around different areas like downtown eh...
Afta dat we went walking to St. Pauls Cathedral which is da place where da people who suffered injuries from 9/11 stayed... there where many gifts and offerings for the people who will never be forgotten...eh...
after that we went to see "Ground Zero" which is where the Twin Towers once stood...Which is by the way two times the height of the millenium Hilton which is a building right across the street from Ground Zero. They plan on restoring the site in 2012..eh! Our graduation year..eh!
We then walked to Trinity Church...eh! that was where national treasure was partially filmed. It was the short cut to Wall St. which is where all of the stocks and bonds are traded...eh! When we got on da bus afterwards, we saw "The Bull" on wall st. which is the same one from da movie hitch!!!
Then for dinner, we ate at Sea Port...eh! We had a 6-in sandwich with Chelsea from Subway....Eat Fresh!!!
Then we got some time to go souvenir shopping...eh! we got "I heart New York" t-shirts.
To end the day... we went to the 86th floor of the Empire State building. It took a while just to get up there! & when we finally got up there it was FREEZING COLD! The view of New York was amazing. So it was worth it!
Now we're in Mrs. Ikeda's room (323) typing this at 11:23 pm @ RAMADA!
